All Rounder

Terms of use

Version 1.1 · Effective 24 September 2026 · app.allroundergenerator

You own what you make. The app and everything it comes with, its templates, card finishes, stickers and wallpaper styles, belong to Matexai. You may use them in your own work, business included. You may not sell them, share them on their own, or copy them out of the app.

The agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Matexai, who makes All Rounder, for your use of the app. By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

The privacy policy is part of this agreement. It explains what the app stores and what it sends. In short: your documents stay on your phone.

What you make is yours

Your documents, your words, your logo, your clients' details and the designs you put together belong to you. Matexai claims no ownership of them, and never sees them.

What stays ours

The app belongs to Matexai and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. That includes:

What you may do with it

While you use the app, Matexai gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence, which you cannot transfer, to use its templates, finishes, stickers and wallpaper styles in what you make with it. That includes work for your business.

What you may not do

Wallpapers

Wallpapers made from the app's styles are licensed to you for your own devices and for sharing with friends. You may not sell them, or put them in a wallpaper pack, app or website.

A wallpaper the cloud assistant draws from your description is made by an AI model, and copyright law may not give anyone ownership of it. Matexai claims none. You may use it as you like, within the law.

A label on what you export

Wallpapers and card images saved from the app carry a short note in the file's own details: the app that made them and, for cards, that they are a design mock-up and not a payment card. The note holds nothing about you.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are subscriptions billed by Google Play. They renew until you cancel them in the Play Store, under Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's policies and your rights under consumer law.

Documents made on the free plan carry one small line at the foot saying which app made them. A paid plan removes it. It is never put on a resume, a cover letter or a business card.

The app as it is

We work to keep the app accurate and working, and we fix what is reported. It is provided as it is, and it may change or be discontinued.

Templates are a starting point, not legal, tax or financial advice. Check anything you rely on for your own situation.

Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes a right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law, that cannot be excluded.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits.

If these terms are broken

Matexai may stop providing the app to anyone who breaks these terms, and may act to protect its work, including by asking app stores and hosts to take down copies of it.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in substance, the app will say so. Using it after that means accepting the new terms.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and its courts may hear any dispute about them. That does not take away the protection of the consumer law where you live.
