All Rounder
Privacy policy
Your documents never leave your phone. An account, if you make one, holds your name, your email and which plan you are on. Nothing else. There is no analytics and no tracking. The only advertising is a rewarded ad you can choose to watch to earn an extra document.
Who this covers
This policy covers the All Rounder mobile application (app.allroundergenerator) and its website. It explains what the app stores, what it sends anywhere, and what it does not do.
It is written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, that is a fault worth reporting to allrounderdochelp@gmail.com.
What stays on your device
Everything you create is stored in the app's private storage on your phone. It is not uploaded, not synced to us, and not readable by us. There is no server holding a copy.
- Invoices, quotations, receipts, resumes, cover letters, contracts, letters, certificates, business cards and ID cards
- Client and product records
- Your brand kit: business name, address, tax details, bank details, logo and signature image
- Wallpapers and card designs you make
- Every PDF and image you export
What an account stores
You can use the app without an account. Signing in exists for one reason: so a paid subscription follows you to a new phone.
If you sign in, we store your name, your email address and which plan you are on. That is the complete list. No document, no client, no amount, no file and no image is ever attached to your account.
Accounts are held using Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, operated by Google LLC. Google processes that data on our behalf under its own terms.
When the app uses the internet
Most of the app works with the network off. These are the only times it reaches out, and each one is something you start.
- The cloud assistant, when you ask it to write, rewrite or check something. The on-device assistant sends nothing anywhere.
- Wallpaper generation, when you describe a wallpaper and ask for it to be made.
- Signing in, and checking which plan you are on.
- Fetching a rewarded ad, only from the moment you first press "watch an ad" and never before.
- Nothing else. The app does not phone home on launch, in the background, or on a schedule.
What the assistant receives, and what is removed first
When you use the cloud assistant, only the specific passage you asked about is sent. Never your whole document, never your client list, never your files.
Before anything is sent, the app strips out details that should not travel, automatically and every time: bank account numbers, IBANs, card-shaped numbers, tax registration numbers, and long digit sequences. Logo and signature images are never sent under any circumstance.
Requests are routed through OpenRouter, Inc. to models operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Our own relay server (Cloudflare Workers) holds only a random device identifier and a count of how many requests it has served this month, so that plan limits can be enforced. That count is deleted automatically after 40 days. It is not linked to your name, your email or your documents, and the text of your requests is never written down there.
The model may learn from what it is sent
The assistant tier currently in use states that prompts and outputs may be used by its maker to improve its products. We cannot change that, so we are telling you plainly instead.
For anything confidential, use the on-device assistant. It runs entirely on your phone and sends nothing to anyone.
The card studio
The card design tool makes artwork. It is not a payment instrument and cannot become one.
It asks only for the last four digits of a number, the way a bank statement prints them. There is no field for a full card number, no field for a security code, and nothing entered there leaves your phone.
A card design made here cannot replace the artwork on a real bank card in Google Wallet or any other wallet. That artwork is controlled by the bank that issued the card.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play. Your card details go to Google and are never seen by this app or by us. We receive only the fact that a subscription is active and which one it is.
Ads, and the one place they appear
The free plan covers five documents a month. When those are used up, you can watch a short ad to earn one more, up to five ads a day. That is the only advertising in this app.
There are no banners, no ads between screens, and no ad anywhere you did not press a button asking for one. A paid plan is never shown an ad at all, and nothing is requested from any ad network until the first time you choose to watch one.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. Watching one shares your device's advertising ID and coarse technical details (device model, operating system, general region) with Google, who use them to choose and measure the ad. Nothing from your documents, clients, brand kit or files is involved. None of that ever leaves your phone, so there is nothing there for an advertiser to receive.
In the EU, the UK and Switzerland you are asked, through Google's own consent form, whether ads may be personalised. Declining is a real option: you still get the ad and still earn the document, and the ad is simply chosen without a profile.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your phone's settings, under Privacy or Google, and never watching an ad means none of this happens at all.
What this app does not do
- No analytics or usage tracking of any kind
- No banner ads, no interstitials, no ad on any screen you did not ask for one on. See the section above for the single exception
- No third-party trackers or marketing SDKs beyond the ad shown when you ask for one
- No selling or sharing of personal information. There is nothing to sell
- No access to your contacts, calendar, location, microphone or call history
- No reading of files outside the ones you explicitly choose
Permissions the app asks for
- Photos and files, only when you pick a logo, a signature image or a PDF to work on. The app sees the file you chose and nothing else.
- Internet, for the features listed above.
- Storage for exports, to save the PDFs and images you generate.
How long things are kept
Documents stay on your phone until you delete them. Uninstalling the app deletes them permanently. Export a backup first if you want to keep them.
Account records are kept while your account exists and are deleted within 30 days of you deleting it.
Assistant usage counters expire automatically after 40 days.
Your control over your data
Backup and restore is built in. Settings, then Backup, writes one plain JSON file holding every document, client and brand kit you have. Readable, portable, and yours. Restore it on any device running the app.
You can delete your account from Settings at any time: Settings, then Account, then "Delete this account". It removes your name, email and plan record immediately. Your documents are unaffected, because they were never there. They are on your phone, and uninstalling the app removes them.
If you cannot reach the app, because you changed phones or uninstalled it already, you can ask for the same deletion from the web, at https://ajaypoudel47-dot.github.io/all-rounder-generator-legal/delete-account.html, or by writing to allrounderdochelp@gmail.com from the address the account uses. Either way it is done within 30 days, and usually the same day.
To ask what is held about you, write to allrounderdochelp@gmail.com.
Children
This app is made for business and personal document work and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Data on your phone is held in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read. Account traffic and assistant traffic use TLS.
Documents on your device are protected by your device's own lock and encryption. If your phone is unlocked and in someone else's hands, so are your documents, which is true of every app on it.
Templates are not legal or financial advice
Contract, invoice and tax-related templates are a well-drafted starting point, not advice. Have anything you rely on reviewed for your own jurisdiction. Signatures drawn in the app are images placed on a document, not certified digital signatures.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in substance, the app will show you what changed the next time you open it, rather than quietly updating a date at the top. The version and date of the policy you are reading are shown above.
