Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your name, your email address and which plan you are on. That is everything the account holds. Your documents were never on our servers to begin with.
From inside the app, immediately
Open All Rounder, go to You → Account → Delete this account, and confirm. The record is gone straight away.
Without the app
If you have already uninstalled it or changed phones, email allrounderdochelp@gmail.com from the address your account uses and ask for deletion. No other details are needed, and none should be sent. Never include a password.
Requests are completed within 30 days, and usually the same day.
What is deleted, and what was never there
- Deleted: your name, your email address, and your plan record.
- Never held by us: your invoices, resumes, contracts, clients, brand kit, wallpapers, card designs and exported files. All of those live on your phone only. Uninstalling the app removes them, so export a backup first if you want to keep them.
- Kept briefly: anonymous monthly usage counters on our relay server, tied to a random install identifier rather than to you, deleted automatically after 40 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel that separately in the Play Store, under Payments & subscriptions.
